You'll help define strategy, bring innovations to market and strengthen FCI's thought leadership in one of our most important growth segments. What you'll do
Support shaping the Medical Nutrition (MN) strategy and implementation in the regions, ensuring to remain relevant as ingredient supplier for MN accounts around the globe. Drive growth in core and innovation portfolios across the full MN ingredient segment in line with our growth ambitions. The role is very diverse, from strategic and future oriented, to hands-on and pragmatic. You will support development of the global Medical Nutrition (MN) Segment strategy with the Medical Segment lead including portfolio direction, execution plans and innovation/application priorities You will map the medical nutrition market, identifying trends, opportunities and strategic focus areas that will drive the brand positioning & thought leadership strategy for the MN Segment You will collate competitor strategic insights and develop counter-strategies to maintain competitive advantage You will be part of new product development, leading the commercial stream, supporting the innovation roadmap and build strong business cases for all MN innovations You will create global value propositions and work closely with the global key account and regional marketing teams to tailor messaging to their customer needs You will drive and provide input for marketing activation materials and campaigns for MN segment, ensuring thought leadership execution You will support the clinical and technical application roadmap for MN, ensuring clinical and scientific initiatives are aligned with business and innovation goals You will closely collaborate and engage with cross-functional teams, from global and regional teams and research & development teams such as Innovation Business Development, Product Management & Development (R&D), Expert team Nutrition & Science, Execution Marketing, Marketing communication, Marketing insights, Regulatory and FinanceDirect report to the global Marketing Lead Medical Nutrition and working together with the global key account teams and APAC & China Marketing managers on marketing execution for the segment. On top you will be the commercial lead in various cross-functional projects.
What you'll bring
BA/BSc/master level, preferably in Business Economics, Marketing management, Food Technology, Nutrition and health science or Business Administration At least 5 years work experience preferably in B2B or BtC marketing role with experience in supporting strategy, innovation and execution projects Being able to translate insights into actionable plans and delivering business growth through successful execution of the marketing and commercial strategies Comfortable with scientific, clinical and ingredient technical concepts and terminology Being able to establish fruitful connections and collaborations both internally and externally Solid understanding of cross-functional project management and working within multidisciplinary teams across the globe Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluent in English

Salary between €4,550 and €6,000 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role. A work week of 32 to 38 hours, a 5% year-end allowance, 10% company bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme. Hybrid working with flexible working hours, a train card and/or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way). 200 hours of annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to 40 hours.
