We are looking for a MS Dynamics CRM Solution Expert to work at ESA’s premises in either Noordwijk, Netherlands or Frascati, Italy. You will be an expert in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform, supporting end‑to‑end solution design, configuration, and implementation across the project lifecycle.

The following skills and experience are mandatory: Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field. At least 5 years of experience in relevant field. Hands‑on experience with Dynamics CRM and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI). Strong hands‑on expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform customisation. End‑to‑end knowledge of the Azure ecosystem and Microsoft Dynamics platform architecture. Designing and implementing workflows and business processes in Dynamics CRM. Proven background in developing and deploying custom Dynamics 365 solutions. Solid understanding of the Microsoft digital ecosystem (Dynamics, SharePoint, Power Platform, etc.). Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment. Solution oriented mindset, with a customer focused communication skill. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. The below skills and experience are highly desirable; Experience with additional Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages) to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities is a plus. Why should you apply? Designing and customising Dynamics modules to meet business needs. Developing client‑side scripts, plugins, and integrations to extend Dynamics functionality with a strong focus on UI/UX. Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve performance, and drive innovation within Dynamics development. Designing and implementing data integrations between Dynamics and external systems using industry‑standard tools. Using Dynamics 365 analytics and Power BI to deliver actionable customer insights. Performing unit and integration testing to ensure component quality and performance. Gathering requirements and providing business analysis through close collaboration with stakeholders and users. Contributing to Dynamics CRM and Power Platform standards and governance.
