Senior Front-end Developer (React)

As Senior Front-end Developer, you'll join a team of experienced colleagues in Amsterdam and Rotterdam to develop exciting new tools for gaming, TV and live streaming. You will use the latest and greatest technologies to build breakthrough mobile experiences for iOS or Android. The result of your work will be enjoyed by millions of gamers, TV viewers and fans around the world. ‍

Are always on top of the latest technologies and browser developments Know modern front-end techniques like the back of your hand and have a healthy interest in back-end technologies as well Take pride in your work and create high quality code, based on coding standards and best practices Have an excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript standards Prefer React as the framework of choice. You're familiar with others like Polymer, Lit, Vue, or similar frameworks, and with JS development tools like NPM, Bun, Webpack, and Vite Know all about responsive web design and cross browser compatibility issues and have experience with building Progressive Web Apps Are familiar with UI/UX design and can provide feedback on initial ideas, mockups and high-level designs Know how to translate a design to an interactive application Are excited about the fact your work will allow millions of viewers, gamers and users to play along by bringing games, internet and TV together in new and innovative ways Are a born collaborator, you value communication and sharing knowledge. You also work well in a team setting and like to achieve common goals & objectives Are comfortable making precise and informed technical decisions autonomously Possess an analytical mind, are eager to learn and are always looking for new and innovative solutions Are customer focussed - You put the client at the heart of your decision making Are able to transfer your experience and knowledge to junior team members Are proficient in spoken and written Dutch and/or English
