Open role
Strategic Partnerships Intern
Qogita EU B.V.
About the role
The Strategic Partnerships team owns brand partner acquisition - identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new supplier relationships that expand Qogita's catalogue and strengthen its marketplace position.
As a Strategic Partnerships Intern, you'll support the end-to-end acquisition pipeline - from researching and mapping brand partners to coordinating outreach, qualifying leads against commercial criteria, and ensuring purchase orders are placed and fulfilled on time.
What you'll do
Partner research: Research high-potential brand partners, map key decision-makers, and build structured company profiles to feed the acquisition pipeline.
Outreach support: Assist with outbound outreach campaigns - emails, calls, and LinkedIn - communicating Qogita's value proposition and handling initial objections under the guidance of the team Lead.
Lead qualification: Support the qualification of inbound and outbound leads against commercial criteria - pricing, stock depth, hero SKUs, and demand signals - before escalating to the Lead.
Order coordination: Coordinate purchase orders with K-beauty brands end-to-end - preparing orders, tracking confirmations, and liaising with logistics to ensure timely dispatch and fulfilment.
Pipeline maintenance: Maintain clean pipeline records in HubSpot and contribute to weekly acquisition reporting.

About the company
Qogita [Ko-gi-ta] is on a mission to make global trade radically efficient by building the operating system for modern wholesale.
Wholesale is a €50 trillion market still largely run through phone calls, catalogues and trade shows. Behind every product sits a fragmented chain of sourcing, trading and logistics that makes wholesale slower, more complex and expensive than it should be.
Qogita is changing this by connecting the global market into a single order book, building the rails to move products across borders efficiently, and providing the intelligence to help businesses know what to stock, what it’s worth and where it should go.
We operate across health and beauty in 30+ European markets, with ambitions to reach every category, everywhere. Backed by Accel, Bessemer, Dawn and LocalGlobe, we’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing B2B companies.
We’re an ambitious, pragmatic and highly collaborative team, united by a desire to reshape one of the world’s biggest markets.
