Junior Product Manager (Streaming & TVOS Focus) - Entry Level/Fresh Graduate Role Employment: Full-time Location: Hong Kong

1. Product Design & User Requirement Analysis -Assist in designing blockchain applications for streaming copyright management, content distribution, and TVOS systems. -Participate in user research, organize and analyze user feedback, and assist in optimizing product features and user experience. -Support the design of simple tokenomics models to enable user incentives and revenue-sharing mechanisms. 2. Documentation & Collaboration Support -Assist in drafting PRDs, interaction documents, and user research reports to support product design and development. -Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and operations teams to ensure product launches and iteration goals are achieved. -Support coordination with TVOS manufacturers (e.g., smart TV brands) by preparing blockchain certification requirement documents. 3. Data Analysis & Market Research -Contribute to basic data analysis and monitor key product metrics (e.g., user engagement, retention rate). -Assist in researching competitors (e.g., Audius, LivePeer) and provide recommendations for differentiation strategies. -Ensure product solutions comply with regulatory requirements in relevant regions (e.g., Europe/Latin America). Job Requirements 1. Education & Background Requirements: -Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of work experience. Preferred majors include computer science, information technology, product design, or marketing. -Strong interest in blockchain technology, streaming, or the smart TV industry. Relevant internship or project experience is a plus. 2. Skills Requirements: -Proficient in using product design tools (e.g., Axure, Figma) and documentation tools (e.g., Word, Excel). -Basic data analysis skills, familiar with Excel data processing; knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus. -Basic understanding of blockchain concepts (e.g., smart contracts, NFTs, tokenomics). Relevant learning experience is preferred. 3. Soft Skills: -Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to efficiently drive cross-department collaboration. -Sensitivity to user experience, with clear and logical thinking. -Willingness to adapt to cross-border collaboration and occasional short-term travel between Hong Kong and Shenzhen. 4. Language Proficiency: -Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
