Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager Employment: Full-time Location: Hong Kong

1. Full Project Lifecycle Management -Oversee the entire lifecycle of set-top box projects (from initiation to development, testing, and mass production delivery), create project plans (including milestones, deliverables, and timelines), and ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery. -Establish project monitoring mechanisms, regularly analyze risks, develop mitigation strategies, and conduct project reviews and knowledge documentation. 2. Cross-Department Coordination Management -Lead collaboration across multiple departments (hardware, software, testing, production, etc.) and establish efficient communication mechanisms. -Resolve issues in technical solution implementation, with a focus on overcoming technical challenges and progress bottlenecks. -Coordinate production resources to ensure product testing, validation, and mass production delivery. 3. Customer Liaison Management -Deeply engage with OEM customers to understand requirements, lead technical solution reviews, and confirm requirements. -Implement bi-weekly and monthly reporting mechanisms to communicate development progress and demonstrate milestone achievements. -Manage customer expectations and promptly respond to requirement changes and quality feedback. Job Requirements 1. Basic Skill Requirements -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields. -CET-4 or above English proficiency, with the ability to read technical documentation. -PMP certification (mandatory). -5+ years of end-to-end project management experience in consumer electronics (set-top boxes/smart TVs preferred). -Excellent project management skills, familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, and the ability to independently manage large, complex projects. -Familiarity with the full hardware development process, including key stages such as PCB design, embedded development, and RF testing. -Experience in ODM project collaboration with OEM manufacturers. 2. Preffered Qualifications -Familiar with Android TV and Set-Top Box (STB) system development standards. -Proficiency in English for Work Communication and Meetings. ‍ Contact Apply now including your resume and salary expectations via email to [email protected]
