Job Profile for HR Business Advisor Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Perform value-added analyses and research in support of the company’s strategic objectives Provide input for the development of the company’s strategic direction, goals and objectives Advise the Managing Director and/or Management Team on related matters Support senior-level job architecture and job evaluation activities Advise and support Management on the effectiveness of current business practices and recommend sustainable change Monitor and execute organisational campaigns and change processes Prepare presentations and other documentation on behalf of the Managing Director Coordinate periodic strategic reviews and MIS meetings Monitor strategy implementation and suggest improvements Support the implementation of new policies, services and processes Candidate Profile for HR Business Advisor Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken Bachelor’s degree in Business or an industry-related discipline Good knowledge of Korn Ferry Strong understanding of how different business functions interconnect Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience Strong experience in job architecture and/or job evaluation Previous experience within the company or affiliated companies would be highly advantageous Excellent strategic insight and financial acumen within a global perspective What Our Client Offers 24 holidays per annum Every 10th day is off 13th-month salary Subsidised canteen Full travel costs reimbursement Pension plan Health insurance allowance of €70 per month Bike lease scheme Gym membership Global wellbeing support Training opportunities Already imagine yourself in this position?
