3D Digital Solutions Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimise 3D digital platforms and engineering systems, ensuring reliable performance, security, and seamless collaboration across projects. -
What you'll do
Administer and maintain 3D digital solutions and engineering platforms, ensuring performance, availability, and security. Configure, deploy, and optimise software applications, cloud services, and integrated systems supporting engineering and project teams. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to minimise downtime. Manage system configurations, upgrades, patches, and integrations across digital engineering environments. Support implementation and optimisation of 3D engineering tools and workflows. Collaborate with engineering, IT, and project stakeholders to align digital solutions with business and project requirements. Provide advanced technical support and guidance to users and junior administrators. Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and best practices. Ensure compliance with security standards, governance processes, and regulatory requirements. Support system migrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives for digital engineering platforms.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in digital solution administration, system administration, or engineering IT environments. Proven experience managing 3D engineering platforms and digital solutions (3D package experience is mandatory). Strong knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Hands-on experience with servers, databases, application environments, and system integrations. Experience supporting enterprise software and engineering digital tools within project-driven environments. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and configurations management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Certification such as Microsoft Azure Administrator, AWS SysOps Administrator, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect are a plus!
