SAP FICO Business Analyst

Senior SAP FICO Business Analyst with 8+ years of SAP experience, including strong Business Analysis responsibilities and expertise in SAP FICO and S/4HANA. Hands-on experience with brownfield S/4HANA migration projects is a strong advantage. Translate business requirements into effective SAP FICO functional solutions. Lead requirements gathering and analysis with Business Units and key stakeholders. Prepare detailed functional designs and support solution implementation. Manage and coordinate change requests throughout the implementation lifecycle. Provide support for testing, defect resolution, go-live, and hypercare activities. Proactively identify business and system requirements and recommend appropriate solutions, including SAP configuration where required. Work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical teams. Maintain clear and structured planning, provide timely project updates, and communicate any delays or risks promptly. Demonstrate strong English communication, stakeholder management, and professional working practices.
