SAP MDG Consultant

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

10+ years of experience with SAP and master data processes. 3–5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG). Expand and manage the Business Partner and Contract Account scope within an SAP S/4HANA Utilities implementation. Draft and review business requirements and functional designs for master data governance processes. Design and implement master data integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems. Optimize and further develop SAP MDG functionalities within SAP S/4HANA. Establish and improve data governance processes, including data quality controls and validation mechanisms. Ensure consistent, reliable, and timely availability of master data across the application landscape. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams to deliver integrated solutions. Work within an Agile multidisciplinary environment, promoting collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Analyze complex business and data-related issues and translate them into clear, practical solutions for various stakeholders. Operate effectively at the intersection of business, data, and IT. Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance. Experience in requirements analysis, functional design, and process improvement. Hands-on experience in the functional design of data integrations. Good command of the Dutch language. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different organizational levels.
