Pega Solution Architect

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

15+ years of overall IT experience. Fluent Dutch speaking and writing proficiency. Own the overall Pega solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business outcomes, NFRs, and enterprise standards. Architect and design business applications using Pega PRPC and related Pega frameworks. Define case design, application layering, reuse strategies, and architectural guardrails across the CRM program. Drive complex technical decisions covering performance, security, scalability, integrations, and data strategy. Provide technical governance and assurance across multiple Pega teams and releases. Review and approve solution designs, architecture artifacts, code quality, and compliance with Pega best practices. Act as the primary technical authority for stakeholders, leadership, and platform escalations. Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams and deliver technical thought leadership for complex business requirements. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC architecture, design principles, and implementation capabilities. Mentor Senior System Architects and technical leads while building long-term Pega capabilities within the organization. Strong experience in solution architecture, including microservices, API-first integrations, and synchronous/asynchronous integration patterns. Expertise in API design, event-driven integration, and API contract management. Strong understanding of security and compliance by design, including OAuth2, API security, logging, auditing, and privacy by design. Experience designing Pega DCM solutions integrated with bespoke microservices, front-end applications, and databases. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, scalability, security, and integration patterns. Certifications Pega System Architect certification. Pega Senior System Architect certification. Pega Lead System Architect certification.
