Dutch speaking and writing proficiency. 10–12 years of overall IT experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega implementation projects. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Pega Constellation and DX APIs. Minimum 4 years of ReactJS front-end development experience. Lead UX discovery workshops, Design Thinking sessions, and stakeholder interviews. Analyze business processes and user journeys to identify opportunities for experience improvement. Define UX strategies aligned with customer and business objectives. Develop personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs. Establish UX standards, accessibility guidelines, and design governance for Pega applications. Drive adoption of design systems and component-based experience frameworks. Present UX recommendations and design solutions to business stakeholders and leadership. Design and develop modern user interfaces using Pega Constellation and DX APIs. Build custom user experiences using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs. Develop reusable UI components and front-end frameworks integrated with Pega. Extend Pega OOTB capabilities through custom React applications. Integrate React front ends with Pega Case Management and workflow solutions using DX APIs. Develop responsive, mobile-first, and accessible experiences across channels. Collaborate with Pega architects and developers on end-to-end solution implementation. Develop headless front ends using the technologies defined in the solution architecture. Develop geo-applications using technologies such as map servers and OpenLayers. Model and design Pega Case Management/DCM solutions integrated with microservices, front-end applications, and databases. Develop and customize UI experiences within Pega Case Management/DCM. Integrate bespoke UIs with Pega Case Management/DCM solutions. Apply low-code engineering practices within Pega Case Management/DCM. Strong experience developing headless front-end applications. Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs. Experience developing geo-applications using map servers and/or OpenLayers. Strong experience with Pega Constellation and DX APIs. Experience designing Pega DCM solutions integrated with microservices, front ends, and databases. Experience developing and integrating custom UIs within Pega DCM. Experience with low-code engineering within Pega DCM. Strong understanding of UX design, accessibility, design systems, and component-based development.
