About the role

As our Product Manager you own a defined data product area at the intersection of partner needs, internal business outcomes and the teams that build our data capabilities. You are accountable for the direction, prioritization and delivery of data-focused initiatives across the product lifecycle. This means you are involved from discovery and solution design through to delivery, adoption and continuous improvement. Our strategic direction is clear: build a product,- and partner-led organization that delivers predictably and scales sustainably. You will help make that real by taking ownership on a clear roadmap, measurable outcomes and data products that teams and partners can trust. You will thrive here if you are energized by solving real problems, not just ticking things off a list. We are not chasing data volume, we are shaping trusted data products and insights that matter.

What you'll do

Product ownership: Own the data product area including its vision, roadmap, backlog and priorities. Manage the data flows, dependencies and stakeholder expectations across a moderately complex environment. Discovery and outcomes: Conduct interviews and work with internal stakeholders, and external partners to understand needs, pain points and gaps. Translate these insights into clearly defined problems product opportunities. Data products: Shape reliable data models, metrics, APIs, reporting and self-service capabilities that can be used effectively by both internal teams and partners using our platform. End-to-end delivery: Own feature delivery from discovery through implementation, release and follow-up. Coordinate dependencies, keep stakeholders informed and ensure commitments, decisions and progress are transparent. Adoption and impact: Improve the adoption and effective use of data products by understanding user behaviour, support enablement and using feedback and usage data to guide improvements. Prioritisation: Own prioritization and make thoughtful trade-offs based on customer and partner value, business impact, risk and evidence. Quality and trust: Strengthen ownership, quality, access and governance so both internal teams as partners can rely on the data products and insights we provide. Scale and innovation: Identify opportunities for automation and AI-native capabilities, ensuring that the data foundation supports experimentation, operational efficiency and future growth. What you will deliver Succes in this role means that you will deliver: A clearly defined data product with clear ownership, vision, roadmap and prioritized backlog. Continuously improving understanding of user needs, supported by usage data and feedback. Clearly documented product problems, requirements, solution options, trade-offs and success criteria. Data products and capabilities delivered end-to-end, within scope and with transparent and clear communication to stakeholders. Improved adoption, usability and business value of the data products. Data products that are trusted, with appropriate quality controls and accessible documentation. Stakeholders who understand what is being delivered, why it matters and what to expect next.

What you'll bring

A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3–5 years of demonstrable experience as a Product Manager in software, data or platform products. Experience turning user problems into product solutions, roadmaps and successful deliveries from discovery through launch and adoption. Comfortable working with data concepts such as data models, events, pipelines, metrics and data quality. A genuinely data-informed approach to decision-making: you can interpret evidence, challenge assumptions and define meaningful success metrics. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence and create alignment across disciplines and seniority levels. A pragmatic, proactive and hands-on mindset. You create clarity in a changing environment, make thoughtful trade-offs and keep teams focused on outcomes. Experience in another transaction- or platform-driven environment is a plus. Excellent command of English You live in or around Rotterdam and are willing to work from our office three days per week.
