Senior Recruitment Specialist

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Haskoning in the Philippines. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to translate workforce plans into successful hiring strategies. In this role, you will have a direct impact on attracting and securing the talent needed to support our continued growth and project ambitions. Partner with sector directors and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs. Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and industry events. Develop creative sourcing campaigns together with our global recruitment marketing team. Conduct interviews, assessments and selection processes to identify the best talent. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future recruitment needs. Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on competitive attraction and retention strategies. Support managers with talent acquisition and talent management initiatives.

You are an experienced recruiter who understands how to identify, attract and engage highly skilled professionals. You enjoy building relationships, taking ownership and finding creative solutions for challenging recruitment assignments. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an international engineering, consultancy or professional services environment. Proven experience sourcing engineering and/or consultancy talent. Strong knowledge of the Philippine labour market and recruitment practices. Experience working with recruitment agencies and external suppliers. Strong track record in delivering recruitment results. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with campus recruitment and/or early careers hiring. Excellent command of English and Filipino.

Our Philippine office consists of colleagues based in Makati and across project locations. Our clients range from government organisations and development institutions to private sector developers. Through these projects, we contribute to sustainable growth and positive societal impact throughout the Philippines and the wider APAC region.
