Process Operator B FPL

What will you do?

As Operator B FPL, you will:

Perform assigned production activities according to SOPs, GMP requirements, and production planning.

Prepare and process plasma and intermediate products according to established procedures and within the scope of your training.

Carry out routine production calculations, including dilutions, and check the results according to prescribed instructions.

Prepare equipment, materials, and workstations for production.

Complete batch records, logbooks, and other GMP documentation accurately and on time.

Register raw materials, consumables, and production data in the relevant information systems.

Perform routine quality checks, sampling, and inspections of products, processes, and materials, and record the results.

Identify, document, and promptly report deviations or unexpected results to the Senior Operator or Supervisor.

Support routine validation, calibration, and self-inspection activities according to procedures and within the scope of your training.

Clean equipment, materials, and work areas in accordance with GMP and hygiene standards.

Perform minor equipment maintenance and resolve simple malfunctions within your training and approved procedures, escalating technical issues when needed.

Monitor material supplies and help ensure timely replenishment to support daily production.

What do you bring?

An MBO-level qualification in a relevant technical, laboratory, or pharmaceutical field, or an equivalent level gained through experience.

Experience in a similar function within a GMP controlled environment.

Basic knowledge of GMP, SOPs, batch documentation, and quality procedures, or a willingness to develop this knowledge through training.

An aptitude for working with production equipment and automated systems.

The ability to follow procedures accurately, perform routine calculations, and recognize and report deviations.

An accurate, quality-conscious approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Good command of Dutch, both written and spoken, as documentation within the department is available only in Dutch.

Willingness to work morning, evening, and night shifts in a semi-continuous schedule.

A 40-hour workweek in a semi-continuous schedule, including morning, evening, and night shifts.

Job Scale 4, with a gross monthly salary between €2,989.14 and €4,296.95, depending on your experience.

A 25.30% shift allowance.

An 8.33% end-of-year bonus and 8.33% holiday allowance.

A €2,100 personal development budget every three years.

Travel allowance from the first kilometer.·       Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer for commuting by car, up to 30 km each way, or reimbursement for eligible public transport.
