In the role, you will work closely with Regional Program Leads, cross-functional stakeholders, third-party partners and external consultants to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and aligned with organisational objectives. Job Profile for E2E Regional Support, Project & Program Manager Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Lead the setup and provisioning of project environments, including project management tool configuration and governance framework implementation Develop, manage and optimise end-to-end master schedules from project initiation through completion, while proactively monitoring risks, dependencies, conflicts and gaps Support Regional Program Leads during early project phases, including ROM estimates, feasibility studies, site analysis and technical due diligence Develop and maintain project charters to define scope, clarify roles and align stakeholders on strategic objectives Coordinate project kick-offs and regular synchronisation meetings, acting as the central point for tracking actions, deliverables and inputs from design teams, architects, third-party project managers, general contractors and cross-functional stakeholders Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting, including schedules, dashboards, status reports, meeting minutes, action trackers and governance records Support financial governance in partnership with Project Controls, third-party project managers and cross-functional teams, including cost report consolidation, accrual tracking, cashflow forecasting, financial reconciliation and closeout documentation Support legal and commercial teams by tracking project-related contractual workflows, including SOWs, amendments, LOIs and work letters, ensuring alignment with project milestones and avoiding delays or bottlenecks Candidate Profile for E2E Regional Support, Project & Program Manager Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 6+ years of proven experience in Design and Construction In-depth understanding of every aspect of the full project lifecycle: initiation, scheduling, design, construction, and contract reviews Proven experience in project coordination, programme management, or project controls within a fast-paced environment Familiarity with contract administration and project governance frameworks preferred Experience with financial tracking, reporting, and project closeout processes is advantageous Strong scheduling and project tracking experience using project management tools and reporting systems Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and documentation management capabilities Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across cross-functional teams Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Proactive mindset with strong risk identification and escalation capabilities High level of professionalism, collaboration, and accountability Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment What Our Client Offers 25 vacation days per year Pension plan Opportunity to join a dynamic international environment Work for a global organisation Be part of a passionate and creative team Already imagine yourself in this position?
