Act as a fully contributing squad member and help deliver the team’s objectives and commitments. Define and promote the vision and quality standards for your area of expertise, driving professional growth within and beyond your chapter. Take ownership of the development, innovation, and knowledge management of your discipline, both within your chapter and across VodafoneZiggo. Coordinate the deployment of chapter members and align resource planning with the Tribe Lead. Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development, with coaching and mentoring at its core. Take responsibility for the Personal Development Cycle of your chapter members, supporting their growth and career progression.

You are a natural leader with a passion for both your technical domain and the development of people. Experience in a similar role within an Agile working environment. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to bring out the best in your team.
