You independently create business cases, convince management and stakeholders, and develop retention and growth strategies that make a visible contribution to performance, customer growth, profit, and margin. Job requirements Completed HBO or WO degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable field Minimum of 5 years of relevant commercial experience in a B2C environment Experience in the subscription market is a must Strong skills in data-driven marketing, customer segmentation, and modeling In-depth knowledge of retention, churn, and customer value dynamics Experience with, and the ability to independently prepare, financial proposals, scenario analyses, and business cases is a must Proven track record in trading, performance marketing, and distribution marketing Skilled in stakeholder management and reporting to senior management Feeling inspired?
