About the role
Due to expansion of our Amsterdam team we are looking for a Contracts & Travel Administrator to join us. As The Contracts & Travel Administrator you will be responsible for the central support of Travel, Insurance and Reporting. You will support the handling of Facilities Contracts and backup support related to Facilities Projects. Other tasks will include the set up and maintenance of the online travel systems. This is a Hybrid position working 2 days in the office 3 days from home.
What you'll do
Travel: Ensure travel reservation system for Europe is available and working properly and and escalate any issues to the appropriate person Central contact for escalated employee enquiries and ensure resolution/conclusion of complex problems where precedent may not exist, liaising with Travel Agents and other stakeholders as required. Central contact for creation of recurring and ad hoc travel reports to provide data Provide clear and updated information to travellers using appropriate channels which will include the latest travel news, restrictions, and security related issues ensuring proper processes are followed Support Facilities Contract and Procurement Controller with contract negotiations and projects to change or improve the travel system. General Facilities: Support in administration and monitoring of accurate reporting (including CSR reporting and reporting to SEC) Support the function to remain compliant with the the business policies and make suggestions for improvement when appropriate. Facilities Contracts: Support with handling of Facilities Contracts Act as back up for Contract management during absences. Insurances: Assist with the administration of insurances and local and central insurance details plus claims handling. Facilities Projects Act as Central backup to support Facilities Projects monitoring
What you'll bring
Bottom of Form Experience in configuring and maintaining systems. Experience with travel service providers, is highly beneficial. Experience of working within a multinational company and understanding international business Understanding of Insurances is beneficial. Previous experience within a facilities role would be beneficial Good knowlegde of using MS office application (especially Excel) is required. Fluent in English in writing and speaking.
