Junior Passenger Reservation & Ticketing Agent

You will be a part of the Passenger Reservation and Ticketing team, which is responsible for all flight booking, and ticket issuing related: Providing booking service as well as travel-related service and inform to passengers, other airlines, travel agents; To arrange special requirement for the passengers such as meal, passengers in need of Wheelchair assistance, etc.; Reply incoming inquires/email; Provide all necessary ticketing service with complete information; Handles matter such as rerouting, upgrading, rebooking and fare related to special passengers; Handling and support request for Frequent Flyer related inquires.

The applicant should meet the following requirements: Fluent in English and Dutch (verbally and reading/writing); MBO – HBO academic and/or higher; Relevant working experience in the airline/travel agency is an must; Ticketing and Reservation experience is an must; Has customer service orientation and teamwork together with problem-solving skills; Willing to work in a multitasking and fast-paced environment; Having a valid Dutch working permit is a must.
