IT Manager

Fortaegis is a fast-scaling, highly ambitious and cutting-edge semiconductor company. We are looking for an IT Manager to define and drive our global IT strategy across multiple international locations in a dynamic, fast-changing and security-focused environment. This role focuses on aligning IT with business growth while managing external IT service providers responsible for day-to-day operations.  We are looking for candidates with not only an exceptional skillset, but also an exceptional mindset, willing to go above and beyond to make our outstanding team even better.

Define and own the global IT strategy and roadmap Translate business needs into scalable IT solutions and standards acting as the internal client toward the IT service provider. Manage external IT service providers Drive IT projects (e.g., migrations, office setups, tooling) Ensure high-quality delivery through SLAs, KPIs, and performance tracking Oversee global IT infrastructure, security, and compliance Maintain IT governance and policies Develop and manage the IT budget

10+ years of experience in IT management or senior IT roles Experience managing external IT vendors or MSPs Strong understanding of cloud, networking, security, and IT infrastructure Experience in scaling IT in a multi-office or international environment Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills Structured and strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude when needed
