About the role
Our client is a world’s leading streaming platform that is transforming the way audiences experience entertainment and they are looking for an experienced HR Benefits Coordinator EMEA (40hrs, hybrid) in Amsterdam. Offer • Temporary agency contract via Grafton CLA ABU with possible extension (not guaranteed) • Start: ASAP • End date: 31 March 2027 • Salary: € 4.657,- gross per month based on 40 hours (weekly paid gross per hour: € 26,87); No travel allowance reimbursement for coming to the office! • Secondary benefits: 8% holiday allowance, 25 vacation days, health and swag allowance of € 300,- net per month, pension scheme StiPP pension scheme of 23,4% (15,9% employer; 7,5% employee) • Working for a dynamic, fast-paced international environment In this role you will: Administration of our Benefits Programs: • Working across Employee Services, Payroll, Finance, and external brokers, you'll ensure smooth operations across our EMEA benefits programs: • Enrollment: Manage the enrollment process for new hires and internal transfers and assist existing employees during changes in our benefits offerings. • Maintenance: Keep employee benefits records up-to-date, including employee changes and coverage updates, and work closely with HRIS to manage workflows and automation of our internal systems (i.e. Workday and Darwin) • Communication: Support with creating clear benefit communications and enhancing and updating our internal and external benefits site. • Reporting: Prepare and submit required reports to brokers, external vendors and internal stakeholders. • Invoicing: Create cost allocations, and POs and process invoices for payment. Vendor Management • Coordination: Work with our broker and insurance providers, and other third-party vendors to manage our benefits offerings and assist with annual benefits renewals and vendor RFP processes across EMEA, coordinating input from brokers, finance, and internal stakeholders. Employee Support and Education • Assistance: Provide support to the Employee Services team in responding to employee benefit inquiries, issues, and escalations. Knowledge Management • Maintenance: Review and update benefits and mobility workflows and work instructions to ensure they reflect current processes and are accurate. • Documentation: Ensure contracts, vendor agreements, and key program documents are uploaded, organized, and maintained.
What you'll bring
