For their shop‑in‑shop location in Roermond, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who ensures smooth daily operations, strengthens client relationships, and supports the team in achieving commercial goals.
What you'll do
The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of the shop‑in‑shop. You act as a brand ambassador, combining commercial focus with strong clienteling and team leadership. You implement sales strategies, analyse KPIs, and ensure a seamless, high‑quality customer experience. You build long‑term client relationships, coordinate daily client services such as reservations, repairs and orders, and coach the team to prioritise customer care. You oversee store procedures including opening and closing routines, stockroom management and overall store organisation. You train and supervise team members, conduct performance assessments and foster a positive, professional work environment.
