Finance Ops Projects & Capex Manager

About the position We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Ops Projects & CAPEX lies within the European and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM) Operations Finance team. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the EPDM Operations Finance Lead (Giovanni Reggi). Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Ops Projects & CAPEX role will play an important role in driving our 3-year plan for EPDM Capex investments to sustain future business needs and on the delivery of Finance Operation transformation across the European factories. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within EPDM Business Unit. In brief, you are responsible for: ·      Own the EPDM monthly Capex reporting cycle, Annual Budget and 3-year plan. Critical thinking is required in order to understand the inputs provided and challenge the stakeholders / functions. ·      Lead and coordinate the European CAPEX team, setting priorities, clarifying roles, and ensuring high-quality delivery across planning, reporting, and analysis ·      Coordinate CAPEX planning cycles, ensuring alignment between business needs, timing, financial targets, and approval requirements. ·      Provide clear visibility on CAPEX performance through regular reporting, analysis, and commentary on spend, phasing, risks, and opportunities. ·      Partner with key stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, FP&A, and market / factory teams to ensure strong alignment on priorities and investment choices. ·      Drive continuous improvement in CAPEX reporting tools, processes, and ways of working. Identify areas of improvement of key business processes and drive changes to processes as required. ·      Develop the Senior Analyst and coordinate effectively with GCC support to build an efficient and reliable team model.

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position. ·      Strong Analytical Mindset ·      5-7 years of Experience on Finance (FP&A, Operations) ·      Good knowledge of Factories P&L and balance sheet ·      Good knwoledge of project mamagement and agile methodology ·      Ability to work at advanced level with Excel and PowerPoint ·      Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. ·      Discipline and Routine-Driven ·      Sense of Responsibility and Ownership
