About the role
Excellent opportunity to join Kraft Heinz Eastern Europe Business unit Team, leading the FP&A and Zero Based Budgeting agenda.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and consolidate financial Month End closure Prepare and share the key financial reports to the Business Team with Actual results and Forecast updates Lead the ZBB Agenda through constant challenge and control of indirects budget Manage the Month Performance Review deck preparation & Forecast Commitment meeting update Be a partner to CEO/CFO for any performance related quarries Actively drive the Automation / Finance Transformation agenda within the Company Build strong network within Zone FP&A community to gather best practices and insights
Requirements:
5 years of expertise in Finance function (FP&A / Commercial finance preferably) Advanced Excel / Power Point knowledge skills Basic understanding of SAP system Ability to process / visualise / simplify big data Developed presentation skills / Story telling (presentation to Leadership Team) Desire and wish to improve / simplify processes and tasks.
