As a Strategy Manager

Lead workstreams and manage teams to deliver high-quality outcomes Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders Drive storylining and synthesis of complex topics into clear strategic narratives Shape opportunities and contribute to business development Coach and develop junior team members

Master’s degree (engineering, business, or a combination of both) 5+ years of experience in consulting within the semiconductor / high-tech industry Proven track record in delivering strategic projects end-to-end Experience working with senior stakeholders and guiding decision-making Strong leadership and team development skills Affinity with technology, AI, and digital transformation Interest in the semiconductor / high-tech industry Willingness to work in the Eindhoven region and on client sites
