IFS PSO Consultant
An IFS Functional Consultant fluent in English with strong expertise in Planning, Scheduling, and Optimization (PSO) who will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the IFS Cloud Service Management and PSO modules for client.
This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, IFS application functionality, and how to configure the system to improve field service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Business process Analysis
Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business need and translate them into functional IFS PSO Solution.
System configuration Conduct workshops and configure IFS FSM, PSO, and associated modules (such as Projects, Supply Chain, HR and Finance) to support the clients field service operations in all phases of project lifecycle.
Testing and validation Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the configured solution meets all business requirements.
Training and support Develop and deliver end-user training materials and sessions in Dutch.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Integration Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between IFS Cloud and other third-party applications or ancillary systems.
Documentation Review and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), solution design documents (SDD), and user manuals.
Client relationship management
Maintain a professional and strong working relationship with client stakeholders, managing their expectations effectively.
Required skills and experience
IFS expertise
5 years of experience as an IFS Functional Consultant with at least 2 full cycle of IFS Cloud and PSO Implementation.
Domain knowledge Experience in industries that rely heavily on field service management, such as utilities (electric, gas, water).
Education
A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
