1.Overall IT experience must be 10
2.Must have a high level of technical expertise, combined with excellent planning, coordination and communication skills, and the ability to work on teams.
3.Highly proficient - MarkLogic NoSQL multi-model, data modeling and data integration.
4.XQuery, XSS, XML ,XSLT and Java Script
5.Extensive experience in aligning application development with business needs.
6.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
7.Great collaboration and communication skills.

3.DevOps Tools (Gitlab, jFrog, Terraform Scripts and helm)
Capability to lead workshops and translate business needs to IT requirements
Taking the lead in proposing and follow-up on execution of solutions for structural IT related problems
Work closely together with the IT System Architects, IT and business teams on risks and guidelines for IT solution teams
Drive the definition and creation of the roadmap and related epicsfeatures both short and long term and this in alignment with the overall IT roadmap
