IFS Cloud Technical Consultant JD for IFS Cloud Technical Consultant Netherland
An IFS Cloud Technical Consultant who is fluent in English with strong expertise in IFS Cloud implementation, Customization and Integration.
Working closely with functional consultant and clients to deliver robust solutions tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop technical customizations, configurations, and integrations in IFS Cloud.
Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver appropriate technical solutions using IFS tools (e.g., IFS Developer Studio, Custom Events, Lobbies, Reports).
Work on IFS Connect integrations, APIs (RESTSOAP), and data migrations using tools like Data Migration Workbench.
Customize and develop reports using IFS Reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Quick Reports, or Reporting Framework.
Collaborate with functional teams to implement solutions aligned with best practices.
Develop technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and testing documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, test, and production environments.
Participate in IFS upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.
Ensure code quality and adherence to company development standards.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams as required.
Required skills and experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 years of hands-on experience as an IFS Technical Consultant (IFS Apps 10IFS Cloud).
Proficiency in IFS Developer Studio, PLSQL, and Custom Objects (Events, Projections, Pages).
Experience with IFS Connect, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and integration frameworks.
Good understanding of data migration strategies and tools in IFS.
Experience with report development using IFS Reporting Framework, Crystal Reports, or other BI tools.
Familiarity with configuration and personalization in IFS Cloud.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
