About the role
Business Analyst
Must have skills
- A Bachelors or Masters Degree.
5 years of experience in banking andor financial services IT.
Experience in Credit Risk management, including policy development or implementation
Familiarity with AI concepts, especially NLP and Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, prompting, LLMs).
Experience with business analysis methodologies and applicable IT architectures.
Proficiency in data analysis using SQL and collaboration with data science teams.
Stakeholder management and agile delivery experience (DevOps, SCRUM, LEAN).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Any Local language requirements or English only or English, Dutch (is a plus)
