Tibco Spotfire Developer

Desired Competencies (Technical Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

Minimum 7 years of Tibco Spotfire experience, (creating sophisticated visualizations, calculated columns, custom expressions etc.) and SAPA HANA.

Minimum 7 years of database and SQL experience

Good customer facing skills, is able to understand business issues quickly and translate these into solutions on the Spotfire platform

Experience with extracting and combining different data sources, different databases and data warehouses

Good understanding of Portfolio and Project Domain and the data used in that domain.

Administer and manage the TIBCO Spotfire environment, including user access, security, and performance tuning.

Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and configurations to ensure a stable and high-performing Spotfire environment.

Optimize data models and queries for improved performance and scalability.

Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the Spotfire platform and coordinate with vendors for advanced support.

Good-to-Have

Agile Certification Incident Change management Exp.

Good Communication skills

Experience with working on Hybrid cloud technologies

Expectations from the Role

The Spotfire Specialist has deep knowledge of Spotfire and SQL (Oracle) to preprocess data or optimize performance.
