Has 8 years of experience on relevant technology stack - Springboot, Java Kotlin, Github Actions Azure DevOps Jenkins, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Mongo DBPostgress DB (or any NoSQL DB), event streaming and messaging platform (Kafka), Azure AWS GCP PaaS with critical eye on non-functional requirements such as scalability, maintainability and security Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus

Has experience driving the technical landscape, solution design, implementation, operations, business alignments, prioritization, along with the team Has experience working as a lead developer, possibly team mentoring

Has good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Has ability to use a wide variety of open source and in-house technologies and tooling

Has experience with Agile Frameworks, DevOps Automation and CICD tooling
