Senior ServiceNow IRM/TPRM Developer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

Design and implement workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation. Collaborate with stakeholders during implementation to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements. Manage source control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines to support deployments from development to production. Contribute to solution design by leveraging ServiceNow capabilities and implementation experience. Proven experience in at least one end-to-end ServiceNow implementation. Strong experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management). Experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, Performance Analytics (PA), Workflows, and Integrations. Expertise in scripting and ServiceNow development. Experience with Configuration Management and Application Portfolio Management. Experience developing basic and advanced ServiceNow Widgets. Experience with basic and advanced IT Operations Management (ITOM). Knowledge of ITSM, SPM, and HRSD. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in the required modules. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). Experience working in Agile environments. Proactive and results-oriented approach. Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD), Clean Code, Clean Architecture, Refactoring, Pair Programming, Technical Debt Management, Coding Standards, and AI Coding Assistants.
