Product Manager

Howspace is a SaaS company in the Learning & Development (L&D) space, helping mid-market companies run strategic change, leadership development, and organisational learning. We are at an exciting turning point: our engineering team is adopting AI tools to build features faster than ever, meaning we can ship and learn at incredible speeds. We're looking for a Product Manager who guides this momentum and directly shapes how quickly we bring new value to our users. You will own initiatives end-to-end - from customer problem to shipped feature to measured outcome. We look for someone who gets energy from moving fast, iterating often, and closing the loop on everything they start.

A proven track record of shipping real features to production and owning the outcomes Ability to make smart choices with 60–70% data and pivot fast when needed Experience leading and sustaining high-velocity weekly or biweekly shipping cycles Comfort challenging ideas constructively, committing to choices, and executing independently Hands-on experience building AI features or working directly with AI coding tools Sharp written communication that empowers teams to move forward without needing a meeting Being genuinely energized by a fast-paced environment with skyrocketing development speeds Experience in the L&D or HR tech space is a plus Typically requires 5+ years of PM experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
