Senior Software QA Engineer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

8+ years of overall experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA), including test planning, execution, and quality assurance across enterprise applications. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum environments. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT discipline. T-shaped QA professional with broad testing expertise and deep specialization in functional and integration testing. Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Developer, or similar technical role is an added advantage. Strong experience in defining and implementing Test Strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (preferred) or similar test management tools for test planning, execution, and defect tracking. Strong knowledge of SQL databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL). Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or similar API testing tools. Hands-on experience testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs. Strong expertise in End-to-End Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and System Integration Testing (SIT). Working knowledge of Non-Functional Testing, including performance and other quality attributes. Experience with test automation, preferably using Python-based frameworks such as Robot Framework or PyTest. Experience coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Experience in the Banking, Payments, Credit Cards, or Financial Services domain. ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced Level, preferably Test Analyst or Agile Tester). Experience working with the Temenos Transact Core Banking System is highly desirable. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.
