ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) Developer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience. 3+ years of mandatory hands-on experience with ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM). Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow BCM solutions to support business continuity and resilience initiatives. Configure and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessments, and Recovery Plans. Develop and customize workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and platform integrations. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to support business continuity reporting. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement BCM best practices. Support platform enhancements, upgrades, defect resolution, and ongoing application maintenance. Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs. Good understanding of Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Risk Management processes. Experience working in Agile environments with knowledge of ITIL practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. Experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules and third-party integrations. Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
