About the role
Customer Agronomy Specialist Home > Careers > Customer Agronomy Specialist We are currently looking for a candidates for the position of Customer Agronomy Specialist (fulltime, 36-40 hours per week) at Solynta. As a Customer Agronomy Specialist, you are highly skilled in planning, coordinating and monitoring external field trials, as well as analyzing trial data. You communicate field-trial best practices effectively, both remotely and in person, and clearly explain the advantages of Hybrid True Potato Seed (HTPS) to prospective partners and customers. You are also willing and able to travel frequently to meet our external partners in Africa and Asia.
What you'll do
Act as the primary point for all technical knowledge on product or field trials towards external partners or potential customers Organize field trials with external partners worldwide Analyse and report on external trial data Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders Visit locations with ongoing external field trials frequently What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture Hands-on experience in potato cultivation is a plus Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and different cultures Proficiency in various relevant software applications, including MS Office and variety testing software Proactive attitude Willingness to travel approximately 60-70 days per year Proficiency in data management to facilitate knowledge exchange and data driven decision-making processes Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment Ability to handle complexity and multitask effectively, even under pressure You currently live in the Netherlands, or in Kenya.
