What you'll do
Gather customer requirements and perform requirement analysis. Analyze data from source systems. Perform root cause analysis. Investigate and resolve defects. Develop Source-to-Target Mapping (STM). Perform data modeling activities. Prepare and maintain project documentation.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in related fields Experience and domain expertise in the Telecommunication (TelCo) field, including hands-on experience with ETIYA CRM and ETIYA BSS architectures. Experience in Requirement Analysis, Data Analysis, Reporting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments and tools. Knowledge in Database Query Languages, specifically SQL and PostgreSQL, for writing complex queries and optimizing performance. Knowledge in JavaScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS. Advanced level of English written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent cross-functional communication abilities.
