Responsibilities ServiceNow Developer - Temporary (NL Based) You will be joining a dedicated and informal team of approximately 14 professionals, characterized by strong social cohesion and very low employee turnover. You will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including customer order managers, architects, and other DevOps teams, contributing to a shared goal of digital transformation. The team's primary focus is on optimizing the digital order and delivery chain, specifically managing order processing and decomposition from Salesforce into the fulfillment chain. What are you going to do? Design, build, and maintain solutions on and around the ServiceNow platform, including workflows and process automations using Flow Designer; Develop and implement integrations across sales, provisioning, and billing systems to optimize the order and delivery chain; Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support automated product delivery; Collaborate with internal stakeholders (customer order managers, architects, DevOps teams) and contribute to digital transformation initiatives; Monitor platform quality, support incident analysis, problem-solving, and conduct root cause analyses. Requirements ServiceNow Developer - Temporary (NL Based) What do you bring? Solid ServiceNow development experience, particularly with Flow Designer; Strong JavaScript skills for scripting when needed; Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach, fluent in English; HBO level of work and thinking; Preferred: ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications, REST API/integration experience, and automated testing knowledge; Fluency in English and currently residing in the Netherlands. ServiceNow Developer - Temporary (NL Based) For this full-time assignment (32-40 hours) in Rotterdam, hybrid work is possible (1-2 days per week in the office). Start is as soon as possible, initially for 3 months, with potential for extension. Both freelance work and a flexible contract via Independent Recruiters are possible; for freelancers, the rate is around €85 per hour, while a flexible contract corresponds to a monthly salary of €6,000-€6,500 based on 40 hours.
