Test Expert

Are you passionate about improving software quality at an organisational level? For a large enterprise organisation, we’re seeking an experienced Test/QA Domain Expert who can turn testing into a consistent, measurable and high-impact discipline.

In this role, you will:

Standardise test processes, tooling and reporting across all testing levels

Lead and connect the Test/QA community

Monitor company-wide quality metrics and act on emerging trends or anomalies

Help development teams adopt common processes and tools

Build support for sustainable, organisation-wide QA improvements

Your work will contribute directly to:

Fewer introduction issues

Greater confidence in changes and releases

Shorter testing lead times

You bring an academic level of thinking, extensive Test/QA experience and in-depth knowledge of methodologies, tools, processes and implementations.

You’re a strong communicator who understands organisational dynamics, inspires others and knows how to create lasting change.

Excellent written and spoken English is essential.

Location: Amsterdam (hybrid working)

Contract type: 12 Months (possible extension)
