Netflix is one of the world’s leading entertainment services, bringing TV series, films, documentaries and games to millions of members worldwide. As Netflix continues to grow, they are looking for exceptional talent to help drive their next phase of success. In the role, you will focus on the operational and technical side of social media, managing campaign delivery, asset trafficking, vendor and agency workflows, security processes, reporting, and the tools and systems that enable successful campaigns at scale. Please note that this is not a creative role; it is actually focused on the technical, operational and process-driven side of social media. Job Profile for Social Media Operations Specialist Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Manage social media campaign delivery and asset posting across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X/Twitter, covering multiple EMEA markets Liaise with platform representatives to resolve operational issues and ensure timely campaign delivery Execute planned and reactive content takedown processes Manage security workflows, including page and platform access for internal and external users Coordinate vendor and agency operations, including onboarding, training, workflow monitoring, and escalations Oversee quality control and assurance activities across campaign delivery Monitor and optimise operational metrics and performance Deliver operational and performance reporting to relevant stakeholders Coordinate localisation activities, including post copy translations and secondary asset development such as thumbnails Maintain and update operational tools, dashboards, and measurement systems Maintain workflow documentation and communicate updates across relevant internal teams Provide regular campaign and project status updates to internal stakeholders Identify and resolve technical issues across internal and external toolsets, working with technical teams where required Recommend and implement improvements to operational workflows and processes Candidate Profile for Social Media Operations Specialist Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken 4+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Ad Operations, Entertainment Ad Tech, Media Operations, or a related field Relevant industry certifications are considered an advantage Deep understanding of social media platforms, advertising formats, and media delivery workflows Strong knowledge of social media security workflows and access management systems Experience managing cross-functional projects and relationships, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working across multiple EMEA markets Proven ability to develop effective solutions for media management and campaign delivery Experience managing large volumes of creative assets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Familiarity with relevant third-party reporting and productivity tools, such as Sprinklr, Google Workspace, Airtable, Monday.com, 1Password, or Google Campaign Manager Data-driven approach to problem-solving, analysis, and operational decision-making Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments, with a flexible approach to priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously What Our Client Offers 25 vacation days per year Pension plan Opportunity to join a dynamic international environment Work for a global organisation Be part of a passionate and creative team Already imagine yourself in this position?
