The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.- Monitor project progress and implement changes as necessary to meet project goals.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.- Facilitate risk management and mitigation strategies.- Prepare and present project status reports and documentation. Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.- Proven experience in engineering project management.- Strong leadership and organizational skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
