As a Tax Advisor in our international tax practice you carry (joint) responsibility for a (partly) own client portfolio. You maintain contact with clients, the tax authorities and other intermediaries. Together with your fellow advisors you advise companies and entrepreneurs on complex issues in the field of corporate structures, restructuring and taxation. Internationally, your focus includes: Indirect Taxes; Global Mobility; International restructuring; Corporate Tax; M&A trajectories; Transfer Pricing. Our international tax practice is growing rapidly. Partly due to our affiliation with the Nexia Network, there are many interesting clients and issues. You have plenty of opportunities for further development. You will work closely with the other tax specialists and accountants working in the international practice and with colleagues from the Nexia network at home and abroad. During this growth period you will be broadly employable, but in time you can also specialize in a direction that best suits your ambitions. In addition, you will support the preparation of VPB, IB, VAT or dividend tax returns and sometimes prepare these yourself. You tackle a lot and do not shy away from more complex issues. You provide clear answers to clients’ tax questions and proactively respond to their needs. In collaboration with your team, specialists from our network and other disciplines (such as accountants), you will provide professional customization that fully fits the situation and wishes of the client. A client-oriented and solution-oriented approach is central to this. During commercial events and network meetings (at home and abroad) you will show others the added value of our tax services. You actively contribute to the further development of our international tax practice within an international top 15 network.

We are looking for a professional with: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the field of national and international taxation; You make complex tax and financial matters understandable; You are committed and have well-developed empathy, so you quickly understand what customers need; You listen carefully, identify trends and translate them into high-quality services; You have experience and affinity with global mobility, international VAT and other international tax issues. Your duties include: Preparing advice and implementing restructuring projects; Consulting in the field of indirect taxes; Consulting in the areas of global mobility, emigration and immigration; (Co-)conduct Due Diligence investigations; Advising medium-sized family businesses and internationally operating organizations.
