Some of the things you’ll be doing

Ensure client entities remain in good legal standing by maintaining compliance with applicable local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Support the setup and ongoing administration of corporate, fund, and private legal structures

Deliver comprehensive corporate secretarial services and assist with a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.

Monitor and manage compliance timelines to help clients meet regulatory and legal obligations efficiently and on time.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date corporate records and documentation for client entities.

Serve as the key liaison between clients, advisors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.

Uphold and strengthen the firm’s reputation as a trusted and proactive provider of trust and corporate services.

Act as a gatekeeper by promoting financial system integrity and ensuring adherence to WFT (Wet Financieel Toezicht) and related compliance frameworks.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dutch Law, Corporate Law, or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent legal qualification.

5+ years of relevant professional experience within trust or financial services, a law firm, or a corporate legal department. Prior experience managing a complex client portfolio (30 –50 entities) in a corporate secretarial capacity is highly desirable.

Proven expertise in corporate secretarial services, including entity management, legal compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory filings. A strong understanding of legal and procedural requirements related to entity lifecycle management is essential.

Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to convey legal and business matters clearly and effectively in written and verbal form.

Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to evaluate legal and business issues, identify risks, and propose pragmatic solutions.

Detail-oriented and precise, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness across all tasks.
