You bring the following:

At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Willingness to perform on-call duties (EDSN and we consider it important that this is communicated to candidates upfront; please refer to the full policy under the requirements and preferences in the job description).

A background as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Platform Engineer, with an understanding of modern software development practices.

Experience with CI/CD processes and an understanding of the practical challenges developers face.

A passion for improving the Developer Experience and developing standards used by multiple teams.

Strong communication skills and the ability to get development teams on board with new working methods, processes, and technologies.

An affinity for DevSecOps, the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), and software supply chain security.

Curiosity about innovations such as AI-assisted development, AI agents, and Dev Containers, and an interest in exploring how these can assist developers.

A collaborative mindset and comfort working in an environment where knowledge sharing, feedback, and continuous improvement are central.

Also useful:

Experience with GitLab and CI/CD platforms.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS.

Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps.

Knowledge of security scanning, code quality tooling, and software supply chain security.

Experience developing templates, frameworks, or other reusable building blocks for development teams
