Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

What you'll bring

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Scrum Master role across various types of teams. SAFe experience. Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certification. SAFe Agilist (SA) certification or experience is a plus. Facilitate and coach the Scrum Team to become self-organizing, multidisciplinary, and high-performing. Support the Product Owner with effective backlog management, refinement, prioritization, and product planning. Facilitate Scrum and SAFe events when required. Coach the team on Scrum principles, Agile practices, self-organization, and continuous improvement. Identify and remove impediments that prevent the team from achieving its objectives. Help the team create and deliver high-value, reliable, and secure digital products. Support the team in measuring and improving its development processes. Facilitate collaboration between the Scrum Team, Product Owner, stakeholders, and external parties. Help teams understand and adopt Scrum in environments where Agile practices are not yet fully established. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to improve the effectiveness of Scrum across the ART. Support organizational Scrum adoption and identify opportunities to improve team productivity and Agile maturity. Understand the end-to-end production process, including design, development, testing, deployment, and management, as well as development pipeline automation. Practice servant leadership and create an environment that enables teams to focus on delivering business value. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile and/or SAFe environments. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and SAFe practices. Experience coaching multidisciplinary development teams and Product Owners. Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience with backlog management, Scrum events, impediment removal, and continuous improvement. Understanding of software development processes and CI/CD or development pipeline automation. Experience collaborating with other Scrum Masters and RTEs within an Agile Release Train. Strong servant-leadership mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
