EY-Parthenon - Manager Strategy

As a Manager within the EY-Parthenon Strategy Practice, you will take ownership of smaller engagements or major workstreams within larger programmes. You will lead teams, structure complex problems and work closely with clients to move from insight to action. You will be responsible for the quality and pace of delivery, while helping colleagues and clients build the capabilities needed for lasting impact. Lead smaller projects or major workstreams from start to finish. Structure complex strategic questions and steer analysis toward a clear ‘so what’. Manage day-to-day client relationships and facilitate decision-making. Translate strategy into concrete initiatives, roadmaps and implementation plans. Coach junior colleagues and create an effective, inclusive team environment. Contribute to proposals, propositions and EY-Parthenon knowledge development.

Approximately 6-9 years of relevant experience, including substantial consulting experience. Proven experience leading workstreams or smaller projects independently. Strong problem-solving, project-management and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to coach colleagues and maintain high standards of quality. A pragmatic, collaborative approach and a strong drive to create client impact.
