Engineer Infra & Automation (CyberArk)
IQ Staffing B.V.
About the role
Infrastructure & Automation Engineer: CyberArk
The infrastructure underneath an organisation's identity and access management services works. The point of this role is to make it smarter: take the manual steps that keep coming back, turn them into Ansible, and put them through a pipeline.
It is an automation-first brief rather than a keep-the-lights-on one. You know how the environment behaves on Windows and Linux, you work in and around the CyberArk estate, and you show colleagues what automation actually delivers so the team's way of working moves with you.
The environment
Our client is an international bank, and you would join the infrastructure team behind its identity and access management services. Privileged access in a regulated environment, so the work carries real weight: what you automate has to be auditable as well as fast.
The team is modernising how it works, which is where you come in. There is room to challenge the existing approach, provided you bring people along rather than leaving them behind.
What you'll do
Manage and develop the Windows and Linux infrastructure underpinning IAM services.
Turn manual processes into automated solutions with Ansible.
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure.
Work on and with the CyberArk environment.
Show colleagues what automation delivers, and help modernise how the team works.
Tech stack
Core: Windows and Linux infrastructure · Ansible · CI/CD pipelines · CyberArk
Also in the mix: identity and access management · privileged access management · infrastructure as code
What you'll bring
Must-haves
Solid infrastructure knowledge of both Windows and Linux.
Proven experience automating infrastructure with Ansible.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on CyberArk experience. Expert level is not required; having actually worked with it is.
When you see a task for the third time you want to automate it, and you are comfortable questioning an established way of working without putting people on the defensive. That second half matters as much as the first here.
Good to know
A pre-employment screening is part of the process, as is standard for the financial sector.
Working language is English; Dutch is not required.
You'll need a valid EU work permit or existing right to work in the Netherlands.
