Product Development Manager Posted 3 years ago Full Time Full Description Overview Hotzone Solutions Group is a leading provider of specialized training and consulting services to the military and civilian community. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team and lead the development of products related to Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) threats, including decontamination, protection, mobile labs, decontamination vehicles and equipment. The Product Development Manager will be responsible for identifying customer needs, researching new technologies, and overseeing the development and production of new products.

Lead the product development process for CBRN-related products, including decontamination, protection, mobile labs, decontamination vehicles and equipment Identify customer needs and conduct market research to understand market trends and emerging technologies Develop product roadmaps and strategies to support the growth of the product portfolio Lead cross-functional teams in the development and production of new products Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and requirements Manage the product development budget and schedule Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure that products are competitive and meet the highest standards Communicate product features, benefits, and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field 6 years of experience in product development and management, specifically in the CBRN field Strong understanding of CBRN threats and technologies Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products in the CBRN field Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams Strong business acumen and ability to identify market opportunities and trends Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel Strong understanding of product development processes and best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills CBRN expertise is a must Additional Information This is a full-time position with a competitive salary Hotzone Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes all applications Apply Now!
