Chief Administration Officer Posted 3 years ago Full Time Full Description Overview Hotzone Solutions Group is a Dutch company with a first-class reputation for providing a wide range of training, equipment, security, and consulting services to the chemical, biological, radiological/nuclear and explosives (CBRNE) response and environmental protection community. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Administration Officer (CAO) to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of the company. The CAO will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and drive growth.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive growth Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company Manage and supervise the company’s administrative staff Coordinate with other departments and managers to ensure that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives Develop and implement policies and procedures for the company Act as a liaison between the company and external partners and vendors Manage the company’s budget and financial reports Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in an administrative or operational management role Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think strategically and develop effective plans Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management Proven experience in managing a team Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in The Netherlands. Full proficiency in English and Dutch, both oral and written. Knowledge in CBRN field is an asset. Additional Information The candidate should be residing in The Netherlands.
